If using this product then don’t necessarily need separate ATS (applicant tracking system) for visibility and tracking status. While this product is not a complete ATS, it has quite some of the features of an ATS. You will be able to view, be able to track what are the applications coming in and things like that. Even in this you can see in the UI: you can track all the shortlisted candidates, rejected candidates, it will have a library of candidate resumes that you have uploaded (these are generally features of ATS).
If your leadership (/departmental head) wants visibility into what is happening, who are the applicants, what is the status of the applicants, do applicant tracking, view what interviews being called - all of these can be done on this product. In this, the admin (who can also be departmental head) can define the workflow as to who would be able to see what, and admin can get visibility across entire recruitment/talent acquisition (user) team. If the need for your leadership is for visibility and understanding candidate library, who is accepted, who is rejected, and such - this has already built-in. So you don’t need to invest in another ATS for these purpose.
Please note: This product is not trying to compete with the ATS segment or platforms in the market and it is not be considered as an ATS. The one and only reason behind incorporating most of the ATS features is to enable the client base to use this product as a complete solution for their recruitment needs by providing a consolidated platform that can take care of the needs that comes with the modern day recruitment.
